PREPARATION
Before Your Mammogram
- Wear a two-piece outfit (top and bottom) to the screening center.
- Bring your recent mammogram reports and insurance information.
- Arrive 15 minutes early to complete the necessary paperwork.
- Be sure to inform the staff if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Stay hydrated and avoid caffeine and alcohol before the exam.
